Spinach Bhaji

A simple recipe sure to give you the strength of Popeye!

Collect it:
· 2 bunches of spinach, washed and cut fine
· 1 onion, chopped fine
· 1 tomato chopped fine
· 3 green chillies, slit
· 1/4 cup of red masoor dal split soaked in hot water for at least an hour
· 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
· 1 tsp chillie powder
· 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
· 1 tbsp oil
· Salt as per taste
Make it:
In a Frying pan heat oil. Add the Dal and sauté for some time. Finally add the chopped Spinach and stir fry for a bit and take off the flame and it’s done.
