Tomato Tuna Salad

This is a simple, quick-to-make, no-fuss salad. It is packed with protein.

Collect it:


  • 2 medium or large tomatoes, cut in thick slices

  • 1/2 cup green olives, rinsed

  • 1 small can of tuna in oil, drained and flaked

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or any vinegar

  • a pinch of salt

  • A pinch of sugar

  • fresh cracked pepper to taste


Make it:


Place all the ingredients into a salad bowl and mix until well blended.


Set the bowl aside in a cool place for about 1/2 hour to allow all flavors to marinate and infuse together. Serve.
